SKILL.md sections (in this order, markdown ## headings like the other workspace skills)

  1. Read first — _FORMAT-CORE.md, the format's references, and which brand files.
  2. When to use / when not — Dawn fit, evidence status (proven / signal / untested), what data says.
  3. The format — what the viewer sees and hears, length range, aspect, style options, 1-2 reference ads.
  4. Why it sells — the persuasion mechanism; how it maps to recipe A or B; awareness level.
  5. Beat sheet — table: beat | % of runtime | job | required elements | line rules. Point to references/beat-sheet.md.
  6. Pack spec — front matter values specific to this format; cast; envs; speakers/voices; the intent grammar for ## Scene visual intents. - First bullet: Step 0 — combo plan (core §0): plan.py --format <this skill> → paste the combo block (all combo_* keys incl. combo_ad_prefix) → tags.py check PASS.
  7. Visual grammar — shot types per beat, framing, product appearance rules, lane-limit workarounds (no lip-sync, wrist rule), style choices.
  8. Audio — VO/voices/song, pace targets, gaps, music/SFX, end card.
  9. Production — exact command sequence, which stages are free vs paid, cost estimate per finished ad, time.
  10. Gates & QA checklist — checkboxes, format-specific on top of core §4.
  11. Variants & test plan — the one variable per ad set, hook variants, what to read and when.
  12. Failure modes — known ways this format breaks + the fix.
  13. Sources — files this skill was built from.
